USS LEWIS B. PULLER FORCE GENERATION RISK REDUCTION

This is the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the USS LEWIS B. PULLER (ESB-3) for the Force Generation Risk Reduction (FGRR). The Contractor shall prepare for and accomplish the three phases of this requirement. Phase One (1) regular overhaul-drydock (ROH-DD, Phase Two (2) Lay berth and the Industrial Assistance (IA) and Phase Three (3) the mid-term availability (MTA) at the Contractor’s facility. The scope of work will consist of repair and maintenance packages from the Military Sealift Command (MSC) and Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC). The Place of Performance is at Contractor's Facility or Facilities with the the Command 6th Fleet (C6F) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The C6F AOR covers approximately half of the Atlantic Ocean, from the Arctic Ocean to the coast of Antarctica, as well as the Adriatic, Baltic, Barents, Black, Caspian, Mediterranean, and North Seas.
