There are two (2) proposed site locations:

Boombah Sports Complex Area

Parcels: county-owned area in and surrounding the Boombah Sports Complex
Potential Uses: Hotel, restaurant, entertainment district, healthcare

Downtown Sanford Area

Parcels: county-owned area in and surrounding the Courthouse and County Services Building
