Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2026-048, Joy Drive Wastewater Improvements, Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 3:00 P.M., Wednesday August 26, 2026. The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for the Joy Drive Wastewater Improvements. The project generally consists of but is not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to properly install, complete and be accepted in place approximately 380 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity wastewater line, 3 new manholes, surface replacement, fence replacement, and all necessary components as shown on the project drawings.
