Berry & Clay., acting as Construction Manager for the City of Corsicana, is requesting sealed proposals from subcontractors for the Corsicana Animal Adoption Center. Proposals will be privately opened and reviewed. All proposals will be evaluated, and a recommendation will be made to the City of Corsicana by Berry and Clay, Inc. The City of Corsicana and Berry and Clay, Inc. reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received.
