Synopsis:
|
|
The City of Lloydminster (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified Consultants to provide Professional Landfill Consulting Services through a Standing Offer to support operation, management and regulatory compliance of the City’s active and historical landfills. The proposed Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) will be for a three (3) year term, with the possibility of up to two - (one year term) of extensions. The SOA will allow the City to work directly with the successful Vendor on mandatory environmental monitoring requirements, operations and regulatory support needs and other initiatives on an “as required” basis for the duration of the term.
