Billboard Advertising Services

SUNY UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY (“UPSTATE”) intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for a vendor to provide billboard advertising services.

Upstate requires this agreement to expand its visibility throughout the Central and Northern New York region by promoting its clinical and support services through billboard advertisements located in high-traffic areas. The billboard locations include, but are not limited to:

• RT 481, W/L 500' N/O RT 11 – Cell Tower

• RT 481, W/L 500' N/O RT 11 – Cell Tower (duplicate facing direction)

• I-81 @ 2236 Park St F/N

• RT 5/695, S/L 2 MI S/O I-690

• I-690, S/L @ I-81 (Wall) – a unique, highly visible location at the intersection of Route 81 and Route 690 in Syracuse

• N/S I-690 E/O Midler Ave
