Synopsis:
|
|
The Provincial Capital Commission (PCC) invites submissions from prospective proponents for the provision of one class 5 chipper truck. PCC, responsible for the stewardship of Wascana Centre and Government House in Regina, Saskatchewan, oversees the care of 46,000 trees within Wascana Centre through its Forestry division.

Deliverables:

Supply and Delivery: One class 5 chipper truck for daily operations in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Optional Warranty/Service Contracts: Information requested for possible consideration.

Specifications:

19,500 lb GVWR

Equipped with 4WD

Minimum 3 passenger capacity

Gasoline or diesel engine
-
Aluminum or other material dump box with a minimum capacity of 16 yards
-
Scissor lift or hoist mechanism capable of lifting a minimum of 8,000 lb
-
Pass-through gear/tool compartments, preferably lockable

Tool rack/holders for rakes, shovels, brooms, signs, etc.

Successful Supplier Responsibilities:

Delivery of on-site training for up to 30 PCC Forestry staff

Unloading and handling of delivered goods on-site
-
Coordination of delivery dates and locations with PCC officials
-
Invoicing upon delivery to PCC head office
-
Replacement of items damaged during delivery at no additional cost
Tentative Delivery Time: 6 months
