IFB 25-066 - Kitchen Door Replacement

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) a vendor to replace problematic electronic sliding doors that provide kitchen access in Building 64 for the Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center located at 1400 Noyes St, Utica NY, 13502. The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB document.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Monday, October 20th, 2025.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Tuesday October 28th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday, October 30th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Thursday, November 6th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
