Contract summary


The Washington State Department of Transportation (“WSDOT”) is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, WSDOT intends to conduct a competitive procurement to award an Agency Contract for WSDOT to contract with a Business Development Organization (BDO) to manage and deliver the Business Support Services Program.
WSDOT’s Business Support Services Program assists in the growth and self-sufficiency of Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprise (OMWBE) -certified firms participating in work specialties related to the highway construction and consulting industry. The services provided through the Business Support Services Program are free of charge to firms determined eligible to participate by WSDOT.
