THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, AND MATERIALS NECESSARY TO REPAIR AND SEAL THE ROAD AND PARKING LOT SURFACES AT WILLIAM H HARSHA LAKE IN BATAVIA, OH. ALL WORK WILL BE PERFORMED IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS AND ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED HEREIN.
ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST IS BETWEEN $50,000 AND $100,000
ONE FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED BASED ON THE LOWEST QUOTE.
NAICS CODE 237310, SIZE STANDARD $45 MILLION.
THIS IS A 100% SET-ASIDE F OR SMALL BUSINESSES.
