SCBA/SCUBA air compressor and fill station system for Fire Station

Thiells-Roseville Fire District – Request for Bids (Rebid)

The Thiells-Roseville Fire District is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase, delivery, installation, and training of an SCBA/SCUBA air compressor and fill station system to be installed in the Fire Station. Initial installation may occur at the current fire station, with relocation to the new Station 26-100 upon its completion in summer/fall 2026; see bid specifications for details. The system will support firefighter operations and must comply with applicable NFPA, OSHA, and ASME standards.

Specifications are provided as a basis of design; equivalent equipment meeting or exceeding the requirements will be considered. The system must be capable of filling Scott 5.5 SCBA cylinders (5500 psi rated).

This project is supported by the New York State SFY2023-2024 Volunteer Fire Infrastructure & Response Equipment (V-FIRE) Grant Program. New York State Certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) are strongly encouraged to respond.

Sealed bids are due no later than 5:00 PM, November 7, 2025.
