Synopsis:
|
|
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor for the purchase of eight (8) 85” commercial grade displays and tilt mounts. All items are to be shipped to the Central Office location listed below.
|

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitutes not allowed. Product must be as per the make, model, and brand specified in this RFQ.
2. TV’s must be commercial grade and meet the specifications and requirements indicated within this RFQ.
3. Specifications sheet must be provided with your bid submission.
4. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, tariffs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
5. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
6. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
7. Standard Commercial Warranty information Sheets for all products, including all terms and conditions must be provided with your bid submission.
8. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
