It is the intent of these specifications to describe materials to construct a Precast Concrete Bridge for the Hurricane Road Over Spruce Hill Brook Bridge Project in the Town of Keene, County of Essex, State of New York.
All labor and materials furnished under this contract shall conform to the included Technical Specification sheets.
