The County is replacing its existing EMS facility with a new building at the same site and location near Catherine Street. This project involves the construction of a one-story EMS facility designed to enhance emergency response capabilities and accommodate the growth of the community. This RFQ is requesting to provide preconstruction advisory services, cost estimating, constructability feedback, material availability information, and schedule input to support the process.
