The Newnan Urban Redevelopment Agency (the “Agency”) is seeking competitive sealed bids for the outright purchase of a parcel of land located at 100 East Washington Street, Newnan, GA 30263 (the “Property”). The Agency invites interested and qualified parties to submit proposals for the purchase of this lot. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a purchaser who will acquire the Property at or above the minimum bid price of $50,000.
