Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance use disorder, mental health, and sex offender treatment services for male and female Adults in Custody (AICs) in community placement residing in a Residential Reentry Center (RRC), on home confinement, or on Federal Location Monitoring or, if applicable, reporting to a Day Reporting Center, in Midland, Texas.



Services requested are: Substance Use Disorder Treatment Planning and Follow-up, Substance Use Intake Screening, Substance Use Disorder Individual Counseling, Substance Use Disorder Intake Assessment and Report, Co-occurring Intake Assessment and Report, Substance Use Disorder Group Counseling, Substance Use Disorder Relationship and Parenting Counseling, Mental Health Treatment Planning and Follow-up, Mental Health Intake Screening, Mental Health Intake Assessment and Report, Psychiatric Evaluation and Report, Crisis Intervention Evaluation and Report, Mental Health Individual Counseling, Mental Health Group Counseling, Mental Health Relationship and Parenting Counseling, Mental Health Medication Monitoring and Report, Sex Offender Intake Assessment and Report, Sex Offender Treatment Disorder Treatment Planning and Follow-up, Sex Offender Intake Screening, and Sex Offender Individual Counseling.



All treatment services are to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the State of Texas.



The location where services are to be provided must be within a five (5) mile radius of the United States District Court, 200 E. Wall Street, Midland, Texas 79701, and within a 1/2 mile access to public transportation.

The request for quote will be available on or after December 16, 2024 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.SAM.gov.

The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price, IDIQ, Requirements contract with a Guaranteed minimum and an Estimated maximum.
