Annual Directional Boring Bid for 2026.
Sealed bids for the installation of various Directional boring and trenched conduit installation projects over a twelve-month contract period to assist Conway Corporation in Conway, Arkansas will be received by Conway Corporation at its Operations Center at 1320 S German Lane in Conway, Arkansas, until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 24th, 2025, and then at that time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.
A list of variable quantity items with contract documents, specifications, and complete instructions to bidders for this annual bid may be examined and obtained at the Conway Corporation Operations Center. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required for the contract documents.
All bidders must be licensed under the terms of Arkansas Code Annotation ยงยง17-25-101, et. Seq., and must be legally qualified in all respects to conduct business in Arkansas. To qualify, bidders must provide a financial statement, a verifiable statement of experience, and equipment schedule as more fully defined in the instructions to bidders.
Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount and form, subject to the conditions as provided in the information to bidders.
