Request for Information #250415: Video Hybrid Appearance Solution

The NYS Unified Court System (UCS), Office of Court Administration requests information and pricing for a commercially available Video Hybrid Appearance Solution as described below:

The New York Office of Court Administration ("the Court") is seeking a commercially available, cloud-hosted virtual and hybrid court appearance solution to support virtual proceedings with currently available features to the courts, as outlined below. The existing virtual features currently utilized by the Court of Claims, Surrogates Court, and Supreme and County Civil Courts must offer an enhanced user experience, streamline processes, and improved overall efficiency. The proposed solution should be in use in a production environment for over one year and been deployed in a Court similar to the size and complexity of New York. We invite qualified vendors to submit information for the implementation and ongoing support of the VHAS system.
