CITY HALL FLAG GATE
The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas will receive Bids until 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at the Office of the City Clerk, 200 East 8th Avenue, City Hall, Room 202, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71601 from qualifying Contractors to perform work necessary for the addition of a new Flag Gate Site Entrance to City Hall. This will be a street entrance off 8th Avenue meant to establish the Front Door to the City Hall Complex. All bids must be received in a sealed envelope. Bids received after specified opening time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Prime bidders must be bonded and licensed according to Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board.
Bid documents may be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 900 West Seventh St., Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, ( https://www.sriplanroom.com ). Interested parties may obtain hard copies (3 sets max) by submitting a $50 deposit per set payable to Woods Group Architects. Bidders are responsible for payment for any electronic sets. Southern Reprographics will maintain the Official Bidders List.
The City of Pine Bluff reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or formalities in bid responses.
