Marine Atlantic Inc. is planning a procurement for drydock services associated with scheduled vessel maintenance and regulatory inspections for one or more vessels within its fleet.

The anticipated scope of work is expected to include, but may not be limited to:
  • Provision of drydock facilities and associated docking services
  • Hull, tank, and structural inspections and repairs
  • Mechanical, piping, and ancillary system work as required during drydock
  • Steel work, coatings, preservation, and associated surface preparation
  • Access, staging, and temporary services necessary to support drydock activities
  • Project management, coordination, and quality control services

Preliminary vessel drawings and technical reference documents exist for planning purposes and will be made available as part of a future formal solicitation. Final scope, technical specifications, quantities, and performance requirements will be defined in the solicitation documents.

The vessel is anticipated to enter drydock within a window between October 1 and October 15, subject to operational requirements and final scheduling.

Des plans préliminaires du navire et des documents techniques de référence existent à des fins de planification et seront mis à disposition dans le cadre d'un futur appel d'offres officiel. La portée finale, les spécifications techniques, les quantités et les exigences de performance seront définies dans les documents d'appel d'offres.

Le navire devrait entrer en cale sèche entre le 1er et le 15 octobre, sous réserve des exigences opérationnelles et du calendrier définitif.
