Request for Proposals for Design Services of the Library Building Systems Replacement, CIP No. 2024-11 Addendum No. 1

The City of Rohnert Park is seeking Design Services of the Library Building Systems Replacement Project, CIP No. 2024-11, located at the Rohnert Park Cotati Regional Library, 6250 Lynne Conde Way in Rohnert Park. The project includes designing the replacement of all the lighting control system, portions of the central cooling system, 1 rooftop HVAC unit and the fire alarm system. The project is funded through City funds, in conjunction with the Sonoma County Library, and was supported in whole or in part by funding provided by the State of California, administered by the California State Library.
