Pre-Construction and Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) Services
The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission is now seeking a qualified and experienced Company to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) Services for the new Arrivals Hall and Terminal Commons.
Responses are due in the Airport Commission office at 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
A Pre-response Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, January 29, 2026, in the Airport Commission office. All prospective respondents are encouraged to attend the Pre-Response Meeting either in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams. The complete RFQ package, including the Microsoft Teams instructions, will be posted on the Airports’ Online Bidding Portal:
