REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST: CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION EVENT PRODUCTION SERVICES

The City of North Miami Beach is seeking a qualified and experienced event production firm to serve as the City’s lead production partner for the City’s Centennial Celebration Series. The City invites interested firms to submit a Letter of Interest outlining their qualifications, experience, and approach to delivering large-scale public events and community celebrations.

Submission of a Letter of Interest does not constitute a formal bid or proposal, and this notice does not obligate the City to enter into a contract with any responding firm. All communications regarding this prospective procurement must be directed to the Procurement Office; unauthorized contact with City officials, staff, or evaluation committee members outside the established process may result in disqualification once the solicitation is issued. The City reserves the right to modify the scope or schedule, or cancel the procurement, as determined to be in the City’s best interest.
