Lease of Parking Spaces

SUNY Upstate Medical University is looking to lease approximately 100-500 parking spaces, preferably within a 1 mile radius of Upstate's downtown campus (750 East Adams Street, Syracuse, NY 13210). Proposals must be for at least 100 spaces or more and ready to use.

The site must be available year round, Monday through Friday, with hours to be determined. The site must have the following: surfaced with stripping, entirely fenced in, have proper lighting, as well as a guard shack. The guard shack must be currently available, and if not, by the start of the contract. The landlord shall be in charge of the site/surface maintenance as well as the removal of snow. Multiple contracts may be the result to fulfill the required 500 spaces.

Preference will be given to sites close to or on the current SUNY Upstate shuttle route. You may find the current list of shuttle stops attached to this ad.
