Project Description: This ITB is for the construction of approx. 2,600 LF of 5’ wide concrete sidewalk along Ridgecrest Way, from Smallhouse Road to Rodes Drive, to improve pedestrian safety. The project will include the installation of a new 5’ concrete sidewalk, construction of ADA compliant ramps at designated locations, and drainage improvements. Work will consist of, but is not limited to, sidewalk construction, tree removal and trimming, storm pipe installation, grading, and restoration of disturbed areas. All work shall be completed in accordance with City specifications.
