Project Description: The Bernalillo County (“County”) Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department (“Purchasing”) is soliciting proposals from Offerors to provide professional Municipal Advisory services for Bernalillo County’s financial initiatives, related to, but not exclusive of the following; Revenue Bonds, General Obligation Bonds, Refunding Bonds, Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (TRAN), Industrial Revenue Bond (IRB), Tax Incrementing Financing (TIFF), Public Improvement Directive (PIO), Conduit Bond Financing, Tax Increment Development Districts (TIDD), and Local Economic Development Act (LEDA).
