Project Overview:

The Maryland Air National Guard seeks roof and deck repair services through replacement. The scope of work includes:

• Overlaying the existing modified bitumen roofing system with a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system.


• Retrofitting the metal seam roof.


• Replacing roof deck panels, vents, flashing, coping, gutters, and installing new insulation and cover boards.


• Demolishing the existing wooden deck and replacing it with a new patio area.

The contractor will be responsible for providing all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the project. All work must comply with applicable environmental, safety, and security regulations.
