General Description
The Commission is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from media services firms for the purpose of creating a pool or pools of qualified firms to address the requirements of the Strategy & Communications Department. Such selection may be made with or without the issuance of a subsequent Invitation to Qualify with respect to a specific transaction.

The Commission does not intend to name all media service firms that could potentially be deemed “qualified” to the pool(s), but rather intends to select those firms that best meet the Commission’s evaluation criteria, as identified in Section III-4 of this ITQ.

B. Requested Services
Firms selected (Contractors) through this ITQ will perform various types of media services. Contractors must be able to provide all or some associated services as specified in the categories outlined in Appendix F through the Work Order Request for Proposal “WORFP” process as described in Appendix G.

Each formal work order issued under this contract will specify the objectives, scope and
deliverables for the requested service. Upon receipt of the work order, Contractors will submit a proposed cost estimate and project plan which will include anticipated individual and total
resource hours and costs, other direct costs, timeline, and schedule of milestones and
deliverables for review and approval by the Strategy & Communications Department.

Firms should submit a Statement of Qualification for the requested services that they are experienced in. A firm is not required to submit for all listed services.
