Description: This Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) is issued by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets (“AGM” or “the Department”) to engage a contractor to provide manure and bedding removal and disposal services at the New York State Fairgrounds (“Fairgrounds”) pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law Section 163. This procurement opportunity is limited to NYS Small Businesses, businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law and, if applicable, businesses selling commodities or technology that are recycled or remanufactured. Service would be for the period of 4/1/25 – 3/31/28. All necessary quote documents have been attached to this posting. Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through other than the “Designated Contact Person(s)” identified below may constitute an “impermissible contact” under state law with respect to Procurement Lobbying, and could result in disqualification of that vendor. Any updates or changes will be posted to the New York State Contract Reporter.
