Description: The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is pleased to announce the availability of capital and operating funding for the development of one (1) 25-unit Community Residence - Single Room Occupancy (CR-SRO) along with one (1) 68-capacity Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team in the New York City Region. This program will serve individuals with a serious mental illness, who have current involvement with the justice system, as well as complex needs. The OMH is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations with experience providing mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness and justice involvement, which may include the operation of a housing program or an ACT team.
