RVW Lake Park Phase III Fabrication & Installation of 12'x20' Pavilion

Contract No. 2, Fabrication & Installation of a 12’ x 20’ picnic pavilion in Rip Van Winkle Lake Park located at 33 Upper Lake Road, Tannersville, NY 12845.

Bidders should pay particular attention to requirements regarding prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, equal employment opportunity standards, and all other federal, New York State and local requirements as well as M/WBE and SDVOB utilization goals.

This project has been funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Adirondack Park Community Smart Growth Program through appropriations from the New York State Environmental Protection Fund (EPF).
