APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The United States Coast Guard requires contractor support in providing all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to inspect, test, and diagnose the functionality of the 3-way motorized valves and their associated actuators on both the heating (hot water) and cooling (chilled water) coils for 20 separate air handlers for the Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) at the USCG SMTC Barracks.
A site visit for all interested quoters will be held on 02/19/2026 at 1000 Eastern Standard Time at the project site located at the following address:
Naval Support Activity Northwest Annex
1320 Northwest Blvd
Chesapeake, VA 23322
All quoters interested in attending the site visit shall coordinate with the QAE identified in Attachment 1 – Statement of Work no later than three days in advance of the scheduled site visit to ensure proper access to the facility.
Quoters are expected to satisfy themselves regarding all conditions that may affect the work required or the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site and/or equipment constitute grounds for any protest or contract claim.
