Description:

The Town of Farragut is seeking qualified contractors to install Signal Tech Illuminated Street Signs at designated intersections and roadways.  Work shall be complete on or before June 30 th , 2026.  If the work is not completed within the time stipulated above the Contractor shall pay to the town as fixed, agreed, and liquidated damages for each workday of delay until the work is completed an amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250).

The following intersections will be upgraded during the first phase:

Kingston Pike/Concord Road

Kingston Pike/Lendon Welch Way

Kingston Pike/Brooklawn Street

Kingston Pike/Campbell Station Road

Kingston Pike/Smith Road

Campbell Station Road/Grigsby Chapel Road/ Parkside Drive

The total number of signs to be installed in phase one is 24 illuminated street signs.  The Town will supply all street signs and required mounting hardware. The contractor will be responsible solely for the installation of each of the 24 illuminated street signs, which includes all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and ancillary materials not provided by the Town.  Pricing in the Bid sheet shall be on a per-sign-installed basis.
