Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price five year contract (base plus four 12-month option periods) to CCH Incorporated, a subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer Company, 2700 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, IL 60015 on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition for Certain Commercial Items, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for CCH VitalLaw Banking and Consumer Finance Law Subscription, unlimited online access to the platform.



CCH VitalLaw is the only vendor that meets the requirements. The CCH VitalLaw Banking and Consumer Finance Law platform includes access to:




  • Federal Banking Law Reporter - includes internal agency documents from the Fed, FDIC, CFPB, CFTC, and the OCC.

  • Bank Compliance Guide – practical guidance on compliance programs for advertising and selling financial products.

These online banking libraries contain information that is proprietary to CCH. This content is provided through a unique copyrighted search and retrieval platform that allows flexible searching, side-by-side comparison and customizable displays.
