RFP for Washington County Transit Needs Study

The purpose of this Washington County Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure a consultant who will update the Washington County Transit Needs Study (2018), and evaluate the transportation needs of Washington County residents, with a focus on people with disabilities, limited mobility, seniors, people with low income, transit dependent populations, and others who need access to jobs with non-traditional work hours. An update to the study completed in 2018 is necessary to better understand the changing realities of transportation, and best prepare the county to address needs throughout all county geographic areas.
