The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to install complete in place a neighborhood park complete with concrete trail, walks and a bridge, a playground with shade canopy, park amenities, stone masonry walls, lighting/electrical, benches and litter receptacles, irrigation, and turf grass to complete this project in the City of Irving.
The project is located at 1416 N Irving Heights DR, Irving, Texas 75061.
Attendance at one of the two Pre-Bid Conferences is mandatory, and is a preferred method of receiving questions and requests for clarifications regarding this project. Please see the Activities section in IONWAVE for information.
