Description

DLA Energy is issuing solicitation SPE604-24-R-0403 for direct supply natural gas to various Department of Defense and federal civilian installations throughout the DLA Energy natural gas south region procurement area to include the states of Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. The period of performance is 24-months beginning on June 1, 2025 and 26-months for Ft. Jackson starting on April 1, 2025. The total estimated quantity is 16,745,091 dekatherms. Any resultant award(s) will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements-type contract(s).

Receipt of offers, technical, and other required documents for this solicitation are due by 3:00 p.m. eastern daylight time on Friday, September 13, 2024 as stated in instructions to offerors.

All other questions with regard to this solicitation must be submitted via e-mail by 10:00 a.m. eastern daylight time on Thursday, August 22, 2024 to dlaenergy.ngteam@dla.mil.
