Bid Proposals: The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal 1622 Painting Services by June 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.
Scope of Services Overview: The scope of work consists of painting services on an on-call, as needed basis as instructed by the University, and based on hourly labor rates and material costs. Projects may include both service and material, only service, or only material. Additionally, work shall include building specific painting services for the Village Apartments, and based on a lump-sum cost per building.
