Solicitation Summary

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”) Department of Juvenile Services (“DJS” or “Department”): licensed barbers and hair stylists to provide barber and hair care services, including facial hair trims, for youth housed in one of eight (8) identified DJS facilities across the State. The recipients of these services are male and female youth, ages ten (10) through twenty (20), who are alleged or adjudicated offenders.
