Synopsis:

|
Prairie Spirit School Division No. 206 (PSSD), also known as the Owner, seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the work on the following projects:
Vanscoy School Roof Replacement R.S.-1
309 Main Street
Vanscoy, Saskatchewan
The work consists of removing existing roofing and installation of new SBS membrane roof
systems and includes curb modifications to existing roof mounted mechanical and the
installation of new roof scuppers. Cladding will have to be removed and re-installed to be able
to tie roof to wall membrane.

Interested Bidders must attend a Mandatory site walkthrough as per date and time below to gain complete knowledge of the requirements and to assist in completing their Bids.
1. Notify the Consultant of your intent to participate in the site walkthroughs.
2. Attendees to meet outside main entrance of school for the walkthrough and are not to enter the building unless instructed to do so by the Owner representative.
3. Bidders may not attend site at any other time during the procurement process.
The walkthroughs have been scheduled as follows:
