The City requires professional expertise in disaster recovery project and grants management with established experience in assessment, repair, and restoration. Furthermore, this RFP is necessitated by the need to pursue all eligible grants for Hurricane Francine recovery and to repair and restore Morgan City’s damaged critical infrastructure, including electrical infrastructure, which has resulted in intermittent, spotty, and unstable electrical distribution to our 11,000+ residents.
