Description: The work of this single bid project includes the removal and replacement of original windows. Cleaning of precast concrete panel, Provide an elastomeric coating over existing cast in place exterior concrete framing and repair of spalled concrete and exposed reinforcing steel. Plans will be available after October 25, 2024, through Avalon (716-995-7777 & https://www.avalonbuff-planroom.com/ ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for November 1, 2024, starting at 10:00am and meeting at the South Entrance of Tyler Hall. To prevent being ticketed, obtain a parking pass from the Parking Office located at 7044 NY 104, Oswego, NY 13136. Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant. Special Notice to Potential Bidders: Please review the Bid and Post Bid Checklist on the Construction Opportunities page on the Fund’s website ( https://www.sucf.suny.edu/ ) for more information on bidder’s qualifications and other requirements. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
