Description: The City of New Rochelle is seeking proposals from qualified firms for construction inspection services. The scope of work involves the assignment of two full time construction inspectors to oversee and report on permitted construction within the City’s right-of-way (ROW).
Proposals must be submitted to Purchasing Office 515 North Ave New Rochelle, NY 10801 on or before Wednesday November 20 th 2024 at 3:00PM. A pre-submittal conference call with be hosted by the City at 11:00 AM on Tuesday November 12, 2024. Interested firms are encouraged to attend this call as this will be the only opportunity to clarify any questions regarding this request for proposals. The call-in information is provided below:
