The TOWN OF WAYLAND, invites sealed bids from Contractors for Pedestrian Safety Improvements, in accordance with the documents prepared by TEC, INC. The Project consists of but is not limited to: Sidewalk and roadway improvements along Pequot Road and Maiden Lane including, installing new granite curbing, new hot mix asphalt curbing, reconstructing hot mix asphalt sidewalks, and pedestrian curb ramps conforming to ADA/AAB requirements, and all other incidental items.

The TOWN OF WAYLAND, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for Pedestrian Safety Improvements on Cochituate Road in Wayland, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by TEC, INC.

The Project consists of but is not limited to: Sidewalk and roadway improvements along Pequot Road and Maiden Lane including, installing new granite curbing, new hot mix asphalt curbing, reconstructing hot mix asphalt sidewalks, and pedestrian curb ramps conforming to ADA/AAB requirements, and all other incidental items.

Bids will be received until July 24, 2025 at 10AM EDT at which time the Bids will be read aloud in the Wayland Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778. The Town of Wayland may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if they determine that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of Wayland.
