Description

The MCTSSA Test and Engineering Division (T&ED) provides support for the integration, validation, and certification of C5I and other Tactical Data Systems (TDS). The Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems (JINTACCS) Program’s primary areas of responsibility are the development and maintenance of Tactical Data Exchange Standards and Technical Interoperability Standards, and the performance of Interoperability Certification Testing and analysis.
