Lease of Flash-Butt Welding Equipment

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Scope of Work for this Contract shall be generally comprised of the following: the Contractor shall lease to New York City Transit ("NYC Transit") a certified flash­ butt welding system, and all related accessories, materials, or components, for operation by NYC Transit, and provide related service, maintenance and repairs, as more particularly described herein; the Contractor shall provide training services and any required training materials for NYC Transit personnel to properly utilize the Equipment, as more particularly described herein, not to exceed forty (40) hours of the Contract.
