The project is generally described as a complete demolition of the exisiting site in preparation of a new wellness center and other associated facilities. The site is located at the intersection Hazel Street, and Highway 121. Work includes but is not limited to: demolition of existing buildings, tennis courts, pool, pavement, existing utilities as well as clearing and grubbing, site grading, erosion control and the installation of stormwater management structures.
