RFP #25-044 Microbrewery and Tasting Room Operator

Sealed proposals will be received at the Procurement Office, 222 Pine Ave., Ste. 260, Albany, GA 31701 until 5:00 p.m. EDT, on April 24, 2025, for the lease and operation of the microbrewery at 120 Pine Avenue, currently owned by the City of Albany. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Government Center, located at 222 Pine Ave., Ste. 260, Albany, GA 31701. Following the meeting, a tour of the facility will take place. The City of Albany strongly encourages all firms interested in this project to attend this meeting and site visit to assure each firm which submits a proposal has a comprehensive understanding of the site conditions and project requirements. Documents are available at the Procurement Office, www.albanyga.gov and the Georgia Procurement Registry.
