STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

Background

The Cheyenne Health Care System has a need for (2) new Medical Supply Carts for Dental and ENT Clinic.

Scope

The Cheyenne VA Medical Center (VAMC) intends to award a Fixed Priced contract for:
(1) Medical Supply Cart with:
2 multipurpose shelf
6 each 6 baskets
2 each 9 basket
(1) Medical Supply Cart with:
4 multipurpose shelf
16 each 6 baskets
8 each 9 baskets

Salient Characteristics

Shall offer mobility for ease of cleaning of the work area and cleaning of the cart.
Shall offer a durable nonporous surface, with minimal exposed surfaces reducing dust and dirt accumulation points.
Shall offer a modifiable configuration. Allowing accommodation of various sized storage capabilities.
Shall offer a full enclosed cart, preventing contamination from dust, moisture, and other airborne environmental agents.
Security Requirements

The Contractor shall comply with the VA Personal Identity Verification procedures identified in the contract that implement Homeland Security Directive-12 (HSPD-12), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Guidance M-05-24, and Federal Information Processing Standards Publication (FIPS PUB) Number 201.

Contractor shall follow the below guidelines for their work schedule except by prior arrangement approved by the COR or CO.
