NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of DeSoto County, Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,October 28, 2025, at the Office of Procurement, 365 Losher Street, Suite 300, Hernando, Mississippi, for the purchase of one or more tandem axle dump trucks for the DeSoto County Department of Road Management under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Specifications are on file in the Office of Procurement, DeSoto County Administration Building, 365Losher Street, Suite 300, Hernando, Mississippi, during normal business hours. Information concerning this bid can also be found on the Procurement Page @desotocountyms.gov.  All bids must comply with the specifications provided. DeSoto County reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets from the DeSoto County Office of Procurement.

That all bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelopes as instructed in the bid package.

The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
